GLOW PLUG RELAY INSTALLATION

Searched this forumn and need valueable advise about the installation on this GPR since there was a wire hangin off it and not sure where it is properly installed.94 7.3 non turbo has the black wire that i would guess to be the ground wire of the GPR that has the eyelet for a bolt hole and was hanging off .As I am about to install new motorcraft plugs it appears that this was not properly installed on a manifold swap that I did not perform. This is the same wire seen in the photos on ebay of a Gpr.So with this help back to big riggin asap.Thankx,

Yes it is a ground wire, must be grounded for the controller to work and close the relay.
