E100 on F150 4X4 Frame

Hi everyone new here and hope this is the correct place to post this question.

Does anyone know if a '73 E100 van body will fit on a '78 F150 SWB 4X4 frame ?

Coil towers, engine placement, I'm sure it can be done, but engine maintenance could be an issue later on.

Oh... Lift the body for any of them problems.
