If the wheel well housings are roughly aligned, and you don't mind it lifted, anything can be made to fit with steel and welding.

The frames are completely different but you could build a 6" body lift and make it work. You might be better off switching all the 4X4 parts to the van frame and building it that way. Either way its a task and not for the beginner.
