I'm having issues starting my engine. It fires up the first time every morning, I drive somewhere, turn it off and come back out to start it later and it will crank but it won't fire up. If I let it sit overnight it'll fire up again the next morning no problem. It only seems to occur when it hasn't had a chance to fully cool off. Again, it turns over. It just won't start.
Note, I live in Ohio. It has been very chilly here lately 20s and 30s. However, it hasn't been difficult to start in the mornings. Its only after I've driven to work or the store (could be 2 hour drive or a 20 minute drive) and it won't startup.
I rememebr a few others that have had the same issue. Once hot the engine will not start again. i believe they were talking about the HPOP or LPOP. Check the tech folder for No-Start conditions as i believe its covered in there....Let us know
Could be one of many things. Heres something for you to read through. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...condition.html Could be HPOP leak since it starts cold but not when warm. Maybe a tech will see this and chime in. Good luck and welcome to FTE!
