FE Identification
I found an old FE motor the other day and right behind the alternator is was cast 352. Does this means its a 352 or not. I couldnt find any other ID tags on the engine. Any help would be appreciated.

look on the passenger side of the block, just below the deck. You should find a block casting number. Also, look between the center spark plugs on each head for the head casting numbers. You'll probably have to scrape away some gunk. Post your numbers here and I'll try to figure it out. The best way to identify these motors is to measure the bore and stroke. Casting numbers will only get you an educated guess.
