Gold Antifreeze
is there anywhere besides FORD i can get the gold antifreeze? got a leak and sent the wife to o'reilly's get a gallon til i can get it into the shop again and they sold her green pointing out the "all makes all models." 
right now i'm just freaking mad and want to rip that sales guy a new one... argh.

Not at any of my walmarts near me, and I have 5 of them within 15 miles. They have the regular Zerex but not the Gold. I just went to the dealership.

I agree, $10.99 + tx. @ Napa. Concentrate or 50/50. Same price for either.

Ok... and maybe true.
But this is why it is important to develop a relationship with one's dealer and always ask for a discount... and know what the competitive pricing is for various parts and services.
Never hesitate to ask for the parts manager or some other manager person... just be polite and show your research.
I paid $335 for new front 4X4 hubs due to searching the internet and showing what "other Ford dealers" were selling parts for on the internet (my dealer wanted $400.
I asked for a cheaper price on coolant and got it.

Bill, Come on out to Riverside and I'll introduce you. 3 diff. dealers maybe 50 cents diff. in price. They will match each others prices but that is it.
