Dull Sounding Rattle

I have a 2007 Supercab F150. If I'm sitting in the cab with the engine idling, I can hear a faint "Rattle" that sounds like it's coming from just the other side of the front passengers firewall. If I give it any throttle, I can't hear it. Maybe because the exhaust/engine is drowning it out. It's not a pinging, It's just a weird rattle. I tried pin pointing it with the hood open, No luck.

I had that a while back and it was the plastic cowl that surrounds the wipers. It was cracked on the passenger side and i just used superglue to fix it.

Wiper Flap

I have noticed that sometimes my wiper flap is sitting up on one side, but I just push it down and pay no mind to it. I will super glue it together and see what happens.
