What I am currently thinking of is an arrangement that allow cool (dry) air to be drawn in from the front (maybe via partially crack open) windows or perhaps even via the air vent system as is from factory.
Air goes to center of vehicle where it is heated by heater...
Exits out the back window with a 12V powered fan.
In this arrangement, a minimal curtain at the windows will do enough to retain the heat (with foil on the inside to reflect heat back in).
Cold air heated = dry hot air = pick up moisture = then exhausted out back.
