Another Carb ???
If these are the autolite 2100 series 2bbl carbs, there will probably be no appreciable difference between the two years. They did minor upgrades over the years for emission control,etc. There are about half a dozen different sizes of this particular design. On the drivers side of the float bowl there's a number: ie-1.08. This is the diameter of the venturies inside the carb. There was a great article in one of the Mustang magazines a few months ago relating these numbers to actual flow; ie-cfm. There may be differences between manual and auto trans carbs as well.
