Poor driver side floor vent airflow

I have noticed that the airflow coming from the driver side floor vent is much less than the passenger side floor vent. My controls seem to be operating properly.
Anyone else notice this?
Is this normal?
If normal, has anyone tried to restrict the passenger pathway in order to force more air out the driver side?

so funny you mention that, this is my first winter with my 04 5.4 long box and i notice my feet are always cold, not much air flow in the driver side bottom vent

opening a rear window a crack makes a big difference; also a winter front over the grille gives a faster warmup.

How about you other owners - is your airflow out of the driver-side floor vent much less than the passenger side?
