I've got a heater question. Right now when I have my heater on the floor it only blows the air out towards the drivers side. I have noticed that the vent is on the drivers side and there isn't one for the passenger side. So, is there a different box that came on these trucks that has a vent on each side? Or is my truck missing a part that would push the air out towards both sides inside of just the drivers side?
Well, there was a black plastic duct that hung under that discharge vent, this splits the air, yours is either gone, or there might be something stuck in there on the passenger side. It is held on with a few clips. I am leaning towards yours is gone. I thought I had a few pics that would show one, but not handy, There is a duct that has a hole in either side to deflect the air, if yours only has a hole in one side, then the duct is gone.
