Was in Germany (US Army) 30 years ago could not find any US car dealers just wondering if that changed.

 

i'll try to check it out. thanks. i will only take the cat out, so it's easier to put it in again for "tüv" (our state inspection here) if i replace it with the delete pipe, i guess.

there are a few dealer in germany now, mean nothing similar to that you know home in the states. they try only to put your money out of your pockets here in europe. thats the reason why i try to find shops with international shipping.

 

What kinda Inspection do they do there for emissions? is it a visual or do they put a sensor in the exhaust?

Some guys on here gut their cats some gut them and weld a pipe inside depending on what kind of Inspections you go through gutting or welding a pipe inside it may save you some bucks your gonna need to save some money any way your diesel is crazy expensive.

I remember there was a fella on here that lived in Germany can,t remember his name.

Bummer ...our big trucks here in Canada get checked like that as well yearly and in the bigger city,s most domestic vehicles are getting tested as well I live in a small northern town and they do not test on domestic vehicles yet but it,s coming.
