Neal it should be on the top of the right frame rail about where the front axle crosses under.

My 1972 f100 4x4 has the vin stamped on the frame under the bed. I found it when the bed was removed for sandblasting. This is in addition to the stamp in the engine compartment. I don't remember which side though. I have not had the bed off my 1970 4X2 but will assume it is there also.

Davi, you are right about the second stamp. Tis on the same right rail as the other. I thought I'd tell him about the one he could find the easiest.
