electrical problems

So I went out to start the truck the other day. It's a 72 F250. And I got nothing out of the ignition. Not even a click. Then I went and tested the battery, and it showed over 13 volts so it's charged. Then the headlights didn't work either. I replaced the solenoid a month ago. I'm also re doing the brakes right now but nothing changed after I got everything put back together. Where would the problem be? I'm kind of new to this.

Thanks in advance.

If there is no click.. is the solenoid powered?

If yes... then see if the starter is frozen.

Turn the headlights on, and then re-check the voltage at the battery, and the voltage at the starter solenoid bat + connection. If that's all good, leave the headlights on and check for voltage in the fuse box for something like the brakes or the horn(something that is hot all the time). Keeping the headlights on will keep a load on the circuit and give you a true reading.
