no they don't sadly.
we have to fab our own.
which basically consists of running a duct down beside the headlight, and or beside the radiator(year dependent).a K&N filter(debatable as to if the extra air flow to extra debris let into the engine is worth it-i'm going to run one, already installed.) with this, and removal of the soup bowl(if applicable)also helps increase air flow into the engine.
Onetrip sounds like a chevy handle, you should get many trips out of your 6.9 lol
Sorry I just couldn't help it. Does your truck still have the cold air intake if not you need to find one and hook it back up or many members here have built or modified theres, one has even run twin inlets.
You don't want an open air cleaner you need the air as cool as you can get it.
Wish I had a digital camera so I could post some pics of the homemade cowl inlet I made. I noticed a little more power and about 1-2 mpg with it. I plan to mod it this spring and try to open it up some more. I wonder if it would add any boost if I closed the outside vent to the cab? I know that it pushes alot of air in the cab at 60mph and if it wasn't coming in there would it help with power?
The air vent could help but it wouldn't be noticable by itself.
Anything that causes air turbulence robs power. That is the reason race cars have the ground effects an inch off the ground. There are many things a guy can do to keep 1/10 of a horsepower freed up but if you dont do 10 of them you will not realise even 1 horsepower.
