97 E350 won't start

97 E350 won't start
I lost my heater fan motor, took it out and called a J yard and waited 4 days for it to arrive. It hasn't got here yet but I need to take the van out of the garage to put the 06 150 in because of a snow storm tonight. Hooked the battery back up and all it does is spin over. Won't start or even kick. What's up????????

If you can get some quick heat in the garage, focused under the van, it might help....but don't burn anything down.
