f250 abs code 16
Hello, I am new to the forum and need help with my 99 f250 light duty. the abs light has been on for a couple months now and i just checked the code by grounding the wire on the passenger side kick panel. it flashed 16 times in a quick sequence. there was no short or long flashes. from what i have read, the 16 flash code says basically everything is ok. if this is so why does the light stay on? i have yet to clear the code and start the truck and see if the light comes on before moving but i hope to get that completed shortly. if anyone has a clue as to what the code means please accept my thanks in advance!
