Check Engine Light.

I have a 2003 6.0 and the check engine light came on at 135,000 miles.
What could this mean?

a number of things.get the code pulled and someone will be able to help with the problem

It means you need to:

Go to Autozone, etc.

Borrow a code reader.

Read the codes and write it down

Then erase it.

Then come back here with the info if it occurs again.
