amp gauge installation
I'm looking to install amp gauge on my 77 f-250 instructions say to hook up small wire from battery side of solenoid and connect to gauge and the other lead from gauge back to solenoid.Problem is there are two or three wires to choose from.

Steve, I did the same thing on my 71 , I went to the wrecking yard and got an alternator wiring harness that has the extra wiring in it already. I followed the wiring diagram in my Hayes Ford manual for the rest of the hookup, hope it works out for you.
