i have a question

i keep saying i am going to get these 295/50R15's but im wondering if a 31x10.5 will fit a 15x10 wheel?

ive always put bigger on them and the 295's have a 11 inch section width so i know they will work but i may be having a change of heart and go with a mug grip or A/T

im not above going with a 32x11.5 but i would much wrather have the 31's it wont throw the speedo off that much

lol yea the only problem will be finding some one to blow it out on the rim but i decided for the 32"s coz i know they will fit without scrubbing and they are 11.5"s so they are plenty wide enough...

woulda done the 10.5"s but it would wear the out sides out u know make it look like u been running it under inflated

If I may recomend a tire..

I run 31x10.5 Timberline M/T's (mudders). Excellent tires. They wear good, priced right, clean easy, and aren't TOO noisy on the highway.

I'll include a picture here in a minute.

Hope this helps.

where did u get the tires and do they have them in a 32x11.5 since 31x11.5 is non existant lol

Yes, they make a 32x11.5... At least I'm fairy sure they do. This is an extremely popular tire and they come in many sizes. I see a lot of Super Duty's and even dullie's run these tires. I'm pretty sure they have 32x11.5's. I plan on going up one size next time I need tires. I'm in love with Timberline's line, though.

These tires were nearly half the price of BFG all terrains (which is what I wanted to begin with). After pricing BFG at $700 before having them installed, I started looking elsewhere. We have run the Timberline A/T on the escape so I know they make a good tire. I found the M/T and fell in love. This is all I'll ever run until I can find something better.

I say go with the 295's. Ive never been a fan of "mudder" type tires. Fat and low is how I like em

Depends on what he wants it for. I know from his previous posts he wants to build a pre-runner. From the sounds of it he'll need a good digging tire. =)

u know me all to well lol im pritty sure i can get them to fit without a lift coz a 32 is really 31.8 so its close but not quite lol i just cant find any info on if they will fit without scrubbing on the bumper...

if i have to do i shim the bumper out by getting some washers and put them on the back side of the bumper infront of the mount?

u know between the bracket and the bumper

i want these coz when i get the money for the lift it wont look super goofy... it will just look like i got wore out 33's lol

but thinks for ur opinions and more are welcome coz i havent made my decision yet
