Alighnment
I'm trying to align my 86 F150 after I put on a 4" lift. I just want to set the toe back out to close to where it needs to be, so I can get to the shop. Do I just loosen the 2 bolts and turn the sleeve?

Yep, that is how you adjust them, the threads go opposite direction inside the adjuster sleeve, so as you turn it, both tie rods will move in or out together, depending on which way you turn it.
