Tuner Question

I have a superchips tuner for my 2000 F350 V10. It has 87 tune, 93 performance, and 93 towing. Ive tried both the 87 tune, and the 93 tune using 93 octane fuel, and under either tune my check engine light comes on with codes saying cylinders 1 and 2 are running lean.
I just did plugs, boots, and fuel filter on it yesterday, and it still tripped a code. Any ideas? Besides getting a 5 Star tune!! which i would love to do but $$$ wont allow it.

I am running a Superchips tune set at the 87 tune and have not had any problems at all. You could try going back to stock and see if the problem clears.
