runs rough
i am having a problem after my truck is started, i can let it "warm up"
for 20 min or so and when i go to take off i have hardly any power the truck falls on its face. but once i drive about 3 miles down the road it runs fine. but some times when i get up to 2000-3000 rpm it like falls on its face again, but then it will snap out of it and have excellent power again. i have changed both fuel filters probilly 3,000 miles ago. anybody else ever have this problem?

Do you have a block heater cord?
What oil are you using and when was it last changed?
Have you checked your battery and alternator health recently?
Has the truck been "re-flashed" at the dealership in the last year or two?

yes i can plug my truck in. i am currently using rotella and it was changed like 2000 miles ago or so. but my next oil change i am switching to schaefer's synthetic. i just put 2 new batteries in like a month ago have checked my alternator my charging system seems fine. what is "re-flashed" i would have to say no it has not.
