Man can you believe that, neither one of my posts are working!

Anyway, I took spark plugs out and changed them today noticed that one of the plugs was oil fouled.. so much for that engine I guess.. Anyone care to give me some hope for it by saying it could be something other than rings?

could be valve seals, intake manifold sucking oil, pvc sucking oil in to intake, etc.

Don't dispare and throw the baby out with the bath water. Just because one plug is fouled dosn't mean the engine is shot. I've been driving my " 77 , 460 with and oilie nr3 plug for over two years now and the only inconvience is that it needs to be cleaned every once in awhile when it start missing. I can deal with this until I have the time to change the seals and if that isn't the problem then the valves and rings next. Start with the inexpensive cures first and then keep on truckin'
