Need help locating shift fork

I have a 93 f-150 with M5R2

I am trying to locate a 3-4 cast iron shift fork. Tried several places and noone has it

Go to motivegear.com and download the transmission catalog where you will get an exploded view of your trans along with the part nos. and you can order from them.
