I can't imagine that's an easy swap. The bellhousings/tranny mounts are different, so you'll need a bellhousing/tranny that mates to a 302. You'll also need new mounts (which i'm not aware of aftermarket). I'd also look at oil pans and manifolds for fitting before I even picked up a wrench, most likely you'd need some parts there.
Things like linkages, radiator hoses, and exhaust systems are usually easier to figure out.
el, you will have to change everything from the rears to the radiator. Find you a 360 or 390 and build it out as a 390, and you will have a real boss engine.
Tip for the engine put it in something that has a 302, 351, or I6 in it.
