1996 302 swap

I'm trying to figure out the wiring on a 302 from a 1996 f-150 into a jeep. I figured I would come to the ford guys that know this stuff. We are having a problem figuring out how to get away from the OBDII stuff, simpler the better, not against buying a harness if it makes it easy.

switch it to a carb setup. that eliminates most of the wiring.

Thank you for the suggestion but for the offroading we do a carb just doesn't cut it.

well if you wanna get simpler than the obdII system you can convert it back to the obdI system on the older EFI trucks. the only problem with that is most of them are SD and that limits your options of cams and etc by a great deal. im dealing with that currently with my hopeful build of my 351W.
