idle problem @ strat up
Hey fellas, my buddy has a 97 and he says when he starts it in the morning he has to keep the pedal down some to get a high idle for a minute or two, or it will die. EPBV? If so what should we do?

The ebpv won't ever kill the engine unless something else is wrong with it. He probably blew some injector o rings from too thick oil and way too cold mornings. It is the most likely thing given the temps this country has been seeing lately.
