hi, i am having the same exact problem. Truck will start, run for a few, then die. i can eventually get it to start again, usually with tons of smoke, and have to go through this a few times before its ok. if i try to drive it before it gets over this hiccup, it has no power and usually dies within a couple of feet. once its fully warm, truck does fine all day, no more starting issues until next morning. i just put new fuel filter, and believe the fuel pump to be working.........
