I was driving and the truck just died has fuel spark and ran fine just before
Put a timing light on it and see if the timing is close. You may have slipped the timing chain. If the timing chain has slipped you could still have spark, just not at the right time.
the timing seems good its getting fuel has spark kinda week though new coil new condenser good compression just wont start wont even sputter just cranks over and over

tried checking wires for resistance? Too much build up would cause enough resistance to create an open.
how is your choke? my neighbors choke was acting up the other day and it was 19 degrees here. could here him out there going ra ra ra ra ra hinina hinina. i just give my gas pedal a quick pump, pull the choke, and it takes all of 1/10 of a second of cranking to fire.
well it not that cold it like 45 50deg out but thanks for the advise i do need to hook it up though
and the power wire is only putting out 10 volts so i should check that wire probably

You said new condenser, how about the points? Misgapped or burned points could also cause a weak spark. Did you put a timing light on it to see if the timing is right?
Ok i feel stupid im new to carbs so i thought that if the accelerator pumps shot fuel i had fuel and my gas gauge dose not work needless to say i just ran out of gas so filled the tank and it runs great thanks for all the help

Not to hijack your thread but Ive got the same problem, Im getting gas cuz Im seeing at the top of the carb and the float bowl vents, But for some reason it own pours out from the rear and not the front, I can start with a pour of gas down the carb, I know the battery got weak from letting it sit there for a minute in the cold but had it jumped still showed same issue. But even before this Ive checked all my wires for resisistance and yielded anywhere from 9 k ohms to 13 k ohms so there is no open, I was going to check timing after i blew a hundred bucks on a timing light but now Im seeing my battery needs a recharge and feeling like the carb needs be tore down and inspected.
Sorry for long post but I need some suggestions from those more experienced than I. What Am I doing wrong?
