I just did mine last month. 1997 f350. There are 3 different size bearings and the come ready to install with the bracket. I pulled the rubber boot away from the bearing and measured the shaft because mine was a tapered shaft. They are about half the price at auto parts store compared to dealer.
the entire thing comes as a whole unit that you just press back on, advance auto parts has it, its the lager of the 2 units, put 5000k on it before i lost my truck, thing was spotless, no rust or issues, i think it was like 30$?
