This may be two different posts but I will try it together first.
Aside from my rear AC problems, the previous owner had som e type of Pro Comp lift on the EX.
How many leaf were in the stock front leaf pack? I am trying to find out if the PO used a new front pack or used hangers and shackles. Anyone have a pic of a stock front hanger and shackle?
Also, I have my stock springs from a previous F350? I found the numbers on the front pack but nothing on the rear. Where to I look for the rear spring numbers?
Also, with the front spring numbers how can I tell if they are X, V, W, ect??
After further investigation I believe the front has stock hangers and shackles with some type of Pro Comp leaf spring. It is a 5 pack leaf spring. I a trying to find out how much of a lift this is. It does have the drop pitman arm and drop trac bar bracket. Anyone care to take a measurment from the top of the front axle housing to the bottom of the frame right at the bump stop on the passenger side? I have about 9.75 inches
The rear has what appears to be stock springs with lift blocks. Stacked lift blocks The leaf pack has 7 leafs plus 1 slapper leaf going to the front. The serial number is YC35 GC. One block is 2.5 inches and the other is 1.5 inches.
The rig sits pretty level. Im assuming the rear was raised 4" and the front raised maybe 6". Would this make it sit pretty level. Didnt they come with a slight rake to the front in stock form?
Last question...I have a set of F350 leafs. Fronts are F81A ADD. Any clue what these are. I have yet to find the numbers on the rear.
Im hoping to use the front and rear springs from the F350 that I had. Just trying to figure out what I have exactly before I start tearing it apart.
