Accelerator pump for Motorcraft carb
I've got a '74 F-250 with a 460 and a motorcraft 4bbl carb. HOWEVER, the sticker on the carb is gone. While rebuilding, the kit gave me a rubbery piece to put on the end of the acc. pump. But, my pump looks different. It's about 4 inches long, has a slim shaft that a spring goes on then a "pulley" looking disk at one end that had a LEATHER "cover" on it. Great description, huh? Well, I've been to several parts houses, including my local Ford dealer who told me this pump was discontinued. Can anybody help me out? Does anybody even know what I'm talking about?
