Wiper problem.
My Brother has a '99 F250 V10 gas and is having a problem with his intermittent wiper function. Any intermittent setting results in the wiper moving a short distance then stopping while continuous operates but will not park when shut off. I've searched both this forum and the SuperDuty/Heavy Duty forum and have found references to the GEM and/or the multifunction switch. Does anyone know if there is a method to test and isolate either item?

Is his windsheild cracked or leaking?????
I know my GEM is bad...My windsheild leak so bad that my (ac/heater)blower would stay on when the truck was off, CC didnt work, wiper didnt work, my dome lights wont come on, and i thinks somthing else too. It is all because of the water damage, now that there is no more leak my dome lights still dont come on and my wipers dont come on when i first start my truck they take about 15-30 seconds to start but run fine.
Other than those 2 issues when it dried out it works fine
