NEW F250
Have a Chevy 2500 Duramax, lot's of injector issues. Will not buy another one.
Looking at the F250 with the 6.4 Leaker diesel, bad press, I'm concerned. Should I wait for the 2011 F250 6.7L Ford built diesel, single turbo.
Advice please.

The 6.4 isn't really as bad as people are making it they're good engines. But the 6.7 is really supposed to be something crazy good but you never know. But your getting a better truck ethier way you go.

if u could wait, its getting really close now, so i'd be tempted to holdoff for a 2011 SD coal burner...
but with that said i bet u could cut a fantastic deal on a 2010 6.4 as they wont want them on the lot once the new scorpion starts being avialable...

i thought duramax was one of the best diesels out there? up there with cummins and cat? i know the fseries contends if not beats most the other fullsized in gas and durabilty and longevity but thats intresting iv never heard a bad thing about a duramax

Ultra low sulfur diesel seems to be taking it's toll on all pre '06 engines, no matter who made them.

yeah i'm going to wait for the scorpion. on the duramax, a buddy of mine had problems with his as well. at the dealership they told me that was a weak link, after i bought of course.
