When I start my '91 f150 the RABS and brake light come sometimes after a few minutes of driving and sometimes even before taking off without touching the brake.
I have check fluid level all ok. I've changed the brake fluid and bleeded the entire system including the RABS valve using a power bleeder.
However the lights still come on. The RABS don't put any codes into the system do they? Any Ideas?
The red and ABS lights on together is usually low fluid level (already checked), loose/dirty plug connections at the master cylinder or a faulty fluid level sensor.
If you look under the dash, probably around the parking brake pedal or maybe behind the glovebox you should find the RABS diagnostic plug connector. Probably a black wire with an orange stripe plugged into a black wire. With ABS light on if you momentarily ground the black/orange wire the light should start to flash single or two digit codes.

the sensor that reads the gear on the carrier that informs the computer is on top of the axle held in place by a bolt it unplugs and is quickly replaced!
