Fuel Leak please help

Fuel Leak please help

Just bought a 1996 F-150 when I turn the truck off it starts pushing fuel out the gas cap, thinking it has something to do with EVAP, please help no need for an early 4th of July

possibly the return lines are crossed or something like that. do u have 2 tanks? and if so have u been swapping between them? if u have the diaphragm in the selector valve (that black thingy on the inside of the frame below the driverside door) might be stuck flowing all the gas into one tank. this might be the issue if u have dual tanks if no.... keep praying to god that ur tank keeps filling itself with gas with having to pay for it lol... ok im srry for the sarcasm. hope my info helps u out

lol the only thing that I pray to god for is no explosion yeas it has 2 tanks.

ok well it could be the diaphragm sticking open letting all the gas flow into one tank.... dont know how much one costs mine leaks a little the whole selector valve is wet but not dripping and smells like gas....
