Me either, but that's what I've always called them
Try JC Whitney. I bought a set for my las f series from them for about $150...included relay, switch (which i omitted by wiring them into the factory switch) and bulbs.

$150.00!? Holy cow that's alot compared to mine. Got mine from LMC, who have about 4 different options for 60.00. Comes with everything needed.
oh.... see chicken lights go below the bumper and u can get those at pilot and loven truck stops if they are the big one.... i thaught thats what u was talking about but ur wanting cab lights....
Chicken Lights are the trucker's reference to the owner-operators that run opposite of companies. They put money into thier rigs to make 'em look flashy going down the road, all lit up. The tractors have the lights on the bumper and up the side of the stacks, and the trailers have lights every 10" or so all up and down the length.
D.O.T. inspectors love these drivers, for all the lights MUST work, and the smallest light out will curtail downing the rig and load until it's fixed. And the driver can have a handfull of bulbs, but can't repair it. Must be from a shop/road-service. Trust me, I know.
That's funny. It reminds of a trucker that came into the plant I worked at. He had purple lights in his bumper. A cop stopped him and told him they were illegal, and was going to get a ticket for them. So he reached under the bumper and cut the wires, so the cop gave him a ticket for having inoperable lights on the truck.
