Cam XE262H

Was looking at putting these cams in my truck was wanting to get some opinions (yay or nay) Comp Cams Grind # XE262H. 1999 F-150 4.6

Should be ok. I wouldn't go any bigger, Is your 99 a PI? if so you would need the XE262AH.

He can actually use either cam in the PI head. The only difference is a mile spec change with less lift. You can use the AH cams in the NPI head as well-with a set of offset retainers to keep the locks off of the stem seals.
Will he gain anything with the cam change? Probably not anything useful-unless he changes the intake manifold to something better than the truck piece.
