All three codes indicate a "rich" condition that cannot be compensated for. Check your Thermactor system for breaks in the plumbing. (Air injection hoses, diverter valve behind the right cylinder head, hoses to and from it and between it and the smog pump.) Inspect the check valve in the steel cross-over tube between the cylinder heads at the rear of the engine to be sure it hasn't failed. Also double check the vacuum lines running to the diverter valve from the TAB and TAD solenoids mounted behind the ignition coil. All of these components control the flow if air into the emissions systems.

Might try cleaning the IAC and the throttle body as well as any reduction in intake air can contribute to the system being unable to lean out the fuel-air ratio. Which, in your situation, seems to be the case.

How's the fuel milage? Check fuel pressure and for the presence of fuel in the vacuum line attached to the regulator.
