The springs would not be hard to do but several people have these in their broncos and no problems. The dry weight is only 200 pounds give or take more than a big block and the radiator and fluidt will add some also, but probably not much more than a winch and heavy duty bumper. The drive train is a lot lighter duty but the right foot could control that issue. I'm thinking anyway, I also think you could get some awesome mileage with one.
