Here's where I must bow my head, and ask for forgiveness. Dear FORD owners past and present, forgive me for I have sinned. I have partaken from another FORD while it was in dire straits...
The rims are from a '95 1-50 EB from a pick-it yard. The rig was PRISTINE!!! NO Thanks to the C-for-C program. I still haven't gotten over the fact that some-one would do that to such a nice rig, but...I didn't have the funds or the location to take it all home. Plus, the j-y buried it soon after I fought to get the rims. I-6 300! Destroyed! It looked like new! God I'm sick all over again.
Yes, the original rims were/are the chrome set...
I still have them all, and the caps/screws. The rims for the rears still have the BFG 31/10-5-15 tires but the center tread on 'em wont pass inspection/etc. (They weren't abused, just needed more tread for the winter...) $150.00 for all.
That front piece of trim on the side is driving me nutz, but haven't gotten around to fixin it. I've seen other rigs where the trim was gone altogether, but, I'll fix it one day...
Dadgum it Dan, I'd be awful proud of that truck too. How do you resist not grinning ear to ear when driving around?
I still say yo should let that 302 sing. A longer glasspack would give you a nice little growl without being too noisy since you have both converters..
Anyway I liked your other rims too. What did you do with them? What size tires are you running? Those aren't 31x10.5's are they?
I think we should mate trucks too. What do you think they would have, anyway? A jet black F-250 with a 351? Or a Gen-1 Lightning?
HrdDrv. Get those weight off the out side of the wheel! the clear is already chipped but at least it will not hold crap behind the weight and make the clear start to lift
