And new (although used, but they are like new,) tires for the rear.

NICE!! Your truck looks great. I want those rims. Nothing looks better on our trucks. Do you still have the other rims? They were chrome right?

Here's where I must bow my head, and ask for forgiveness.
Dear FORD owners past and present, forgive me for I have sinned. I have partaken from another FORD while it was in dire straits...

The rims are from a '95 1-50 EB from a pick-it yard. The rig was PRISTINE!!! NO Thanks to the C-for-C program. I still haven't gotten over the fact that some-one would do that to such a nice rig, but...I didn't have the funds or the location to take it all home. Plus, the j-y buried it soon after I fought to get the rims. I-6 300! Destroyed! It looked like new! God I'm sick all over again.

Yes, the original rims were/are the chrome set...

I still have them all, and the caps/screws. The rims for the rears still have the BFG 31/10-5-15 tires but the center tread on 'em wont pass inspection/etc. (They weren't abused, just needed more tread for the winter...) $150.00 for all.

That front piece of trim on the side is driving me nutz, but haven't gotten around to fixin it. I've seen other rigs where the trim was gone altogether, but, I'll fix it one day...

You were the driving force on the rims, Your rig is sweet. We aughta mate 'em. (Hasn't this been discussed before?)

Thank You Big Blue.

That looks great! I would rather have the BFG Long Trails on the rear though. They will work much better in the rain etc. Besides it looks better.

I thought you were going to mount your lights in the bumper?

Yeah, C4C ruined a bunch of nice older trucks and some sweet cars too. They never should have done that program.

Dadgum it Dan, I'd be awful proud of that truck too. How do you resist not grinning ear to ear when driving around?

I still say yo should let that 302 sing. A longer glasspack would give you a nice little growl without being too noisy since you have both converters..

Anyway I liked your other rims too. What did you do with them? What size tires are you running? Those aren't 31x10.5's are they?

I think we should mate trucks too. What do you think they would have, anyway? A jet black F-250 with a 351? Or a Gen-1 Lightning?

HrdDrv. Get those weight off the out side of the wheel! the clear is already chipped but at least it will not hold crap behind the weight and make the clear start to lift
