Security System issue

Ok I have a 03 F150 I have charged the battery checked fuses and the vehicle still wont start. The owners manuel says when the theft light is blinking there is an issue with the system. We just had a freeze here in colorado springs and this is when the issue happened. Can anyone please help.

you will have to have it towed to the dealer, there is another post here from awhile with the same issue. $$$
