Finding a rear with that ratio with a locker is difficult. Normally they are not discarded, or are snatched up very quickly. You can order a complete drop in center section for 9" fords with any gear and locker you want from several drivetrain retailers. Just look through any 4x4 mag for ads. Its usually cheaper than having a shop set up your gears for you, and changing the center sections is pretty much a no brainer. Junk yards will get the same price for this rear (worn out or not) as you would probably pay for the new unit. Good luck!

If you are truly interested in one of these, be prepared to dig deep in your pockets; figure the better part of $400 for a used center section. First check for the number of splines; if you count to 31, be prepared to dig even deeper for $. Then check Mustang magazines (Mustang Monthly, Mustangs and Fords) for suppliers. The VintageMustang web site has a huge classified section of parts and there are usually some there offered privately. You can also look at Ford Obsolete Parts for some classifieds.
