the 3rd pic was the only one i was stuck in...and i wasnt stuck for long...the 2 pics before that were the same trip but about 5 minutes before i stopped moving and had to kick the door open through the snow (the 3rd pic) to get my *** out and assess the situatuon lol...i figured it out as soon ad i jumped out the truck and landed in waist deep snow haha
i think on average around here at the moment we have about 16 inches of snow... but with the regular heavy winds there are places in my yard you can see grass and other places you cant walk through cause its 5 feet deep...i know some places it drifts in really nice...
in the 4th pic is a small field access road and is has a sharp 90* curve about a 100-120 yards further up from where that shot was taken and i havent got out there to try it yet (been busy lately) but i have seen it from a distance and id sy its AT LEAST 4 feet deep around that curve...i live that road...awesome snow in the winter and its a lake in the summer, great mud!
9.ford.5 them are some sweet pics. I live here in ne Ohio 20 miles from Erie, Pa we didnt as much snow as u but we got about 12 in here Thurs night and Friday. I just bought my 1st 4wd Ford of course couple months ago price was right couldn't say no $700 and has a freash 5.0 in it according to my ex-father in law who I bought it from. According to him it has a High output from a mustang in it but the year he says is a '99 which has me scratching my head some need to get number from heads to get a better picture. anyway them pics will give me a idea what kind of snow I can handle so again thanks and them are cool pics. the tires I have are 33x12.5.15 but they are too big with no lift cause they do rub so I will be going down to 31x10.5x15 and that hopefully will stop the problem with rubbing. thanks guys
Thanks for the cool pics. I had fun playing in the snow last week but only had about 7 inches. Should get 4 to 7 more tonight. I used to do alot of 4x4ing where i grew up in Iowa, Deer and coyote hunting. But now live in the city. Can still have fun in the snow before they plow. I just have some boring pics of my 2 trucks in the driveway. Will try to get better ones out playing in the snow.
