Help with 7.3 PSD

I have a 99 PSD i just picked up about a month and a half ago. It seems to be like its missfiring, and its worse at lower RPM (1100-1500), once its at 2,000 its runs fine. I just put a new fuel pump on it and am not sure if the pump that I got caused the problem or if something else is wrong. Could use some help. Have 212,000 miles and an auto tranny.

Could be an Injector going out.
