how long to wait before adding coolant?

I just replaced the thermostat housing, how long should I let the permatex set on the gasket before I add fluid and start it up?

ok, used a gasket, so I went ahead and added it and warmed it up. I naturally do not have the box and I don't see anything on the tube.

Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for that. to re-phrase, the gasket sealer is just a leveler, and the gasket does all the real work. I am stoked the truck is running finally.
