Air pump delete
I didn't see it mentioned, but if you still have cats you may want to keep the smog pump. It won't gain you any power to remove it anyway.
Also, The CAI is worthless. It just sucks in hot air. The factory air box with the tube that goes to the radiator support between the radiator and the headlight is better. Don't waste your money on KN, TB spacers, or chips.

oh ok well my truck doesnt have that my tubes go from the box to the throttle body only thing in it is the spring to keep it from moving or collapsing it isnt split just one solid pipe from the box to the throttle body.... or am i missing something?
yea i don't have the cat anymore. i just want to get some crap out of the engine bay. And my cai is homemade with a filter that is way bigger than stock and i still have the tube running to the filter from the front of the engine. I also modified that a little to get more cold air in it. I was just also looking for some other cheap ways to gain a little power. It all adds up in the end.
long tube headers give about 20% more horse powers so if its stock like mine with 185 add 20% and ur looking a 222hp wich is one hell of an improvement.... carborating it will add lots but i like fuel injection u could try using synthetic oil.... idk what all else
Putting a carb on top of the intake instead of fuel injection isn't going to increase power and there is no way to say so and so is going to give you X amount of power. Synthetic oils aren't going to make any difference either.
dont get all caught up in numbers because every engine is different. a new set of headers could add 30hp to my motor since i have 1.5in primary tubes and 2.25 in collectors and need like a 1 3/4in primary and 3in collector but if you put 1 3/4in primary tube headers on a stock motor it won't add hardly any power because your exhaust velocity will go down and decrease scavenging since your motor doesn't pump as much air as mine does
basically what i am telling you is pick a combination that goes well together and don't do something like me and get a set of heads that flows in:273cfm ex:197cfm then stick a set of 1.5in primary tube headers on it with a 2.25in collector
