Another Tire Size Question

I have a 95 4x4 that looks like it may have had a leveling kit put on before i bought it. didn't think to ask the seller and since its been 3 years since i got it i have no way of getting in touch. my question is how large of tire can i put on the truck without having to worry about rubbing without any kind of lift, & what would be the cheapest way to lift and what size tires could i expect to fit?

Leveling kit on front. The front tires rub on turns. I can get around corners without a problem but small parking lots are no good unless youre used to it. I usually back my truck in places also but thats just cause its easier to get out. Pulling straight into a parking spot is hard cause of limited turning.

couple of questions are you using factory or aftermarket wheels the reason is factory are negative offset larger than 31/10.50/15's wiil cause radius arm rubbing when turning tightly aftermaret are 15 to 17 degree offset they will allow a larger tire like a 32/11.5/15 without rubbing

I am running 31.5 X 9.5 X 15 and they are not rubbing. My speedometer is off by 10% though - have figure out if I need to change a speedomemter gear or it will be an electric fix.

Note: The 9.5 width are hard to find - Costco has them but you will have to order them, 3 day wait.
