Was the LN-Series ever available with the 300 inline-6, 331 
FT V8, and 391 FT-V8?
Was the LN-Series ever available in a GVW right under the limit to necessitate and require a CDL (25,950)?

The highest GVW I could find for an LN is 43,000 lbs.
There are dozens of LN models, and dozens of L, LNT & LTS's.
The LTS900 (gasser) has a GVW of 64,000 lbs.
