Door Hinge
A while back my wife had a blowout and put my Excursion into the guardrail. Other than the bumper and passenger side fender getting banged up and the running board cover ripped off, the only other damage was the door hinges pushing in the pillar. They are only pushed in maybe 1/4 inch and only at the hinge mounting point but it has created a gap at the top of the door frame. I was going to unbolt the hinges and shim them but the bottom fastener isn't a bolt. Looks more like the back side of a press fit stud. If that is correct, can the nut be accessed by removing interior trim panels?
